Shipping Information
At CONDZOM, we understand that timely and secure delivery is an important part of caring for your pet. We are committed to getting your order to you swiftly and safely, so you and your companion can enjoy our products without delay.
Processing Times
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated in real time based on your location and the weight of your order. These will be clearly displayed before you complete checkout.
We currently offer:

Standard Shipping – Typically 10–15 business days for most international destinations. Cost varies by region.

Please note: Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier processing, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. CONDZOM is not liable for delays once the package is in transit.
International Shipping
We are proud to ship worldwide to pet families across the globe. International shipping rates and estimated times will be shown during checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please be aware that orders shipped outside the origin country may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. CONDZOM does not collect these fees and cannot predict or control what your local customs authority may charge.
Restrictions
Some countries may have restrictions on certain pet products (e.g., animal-derived ingredients, supplements). It is the customer’s responsibility to check local regulations before ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. You can also track it directly on the carrier’s website or through universal tracking platforms such as 17track.net.
If your tracking does not update immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the system to refresh.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to modify the address once the order is placed, except in rare cases and only if the order has not yet been processed.
CONDZOM is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, re-shipping fees will apply.
Multiple Shipments & Partial Orders
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, all sent to your order email.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Certain items (such as supplements or food toppers) may require special shipping considerations in extreme climates. We take care to pack these items appropriately, but cannot guarantee against heat or cold exposure during transit.
